Eating is getting better and Im working on getting this healthy eating thing down. I have to finally be done with fast food and soda. Last night my mom and I made this amazing cheese mushroom chicken. It was only about 250 calories per serving :-) I had some for lunch today as well (instead of McDonalds yay!) Anyways I need to go grocery shopping asap so I can get on with this healthy lifestyle change.
Exercise is good and continues to get better. My doctor told me I have 'slightly elevated' blood pressure and guess what her cure was? Lose weight. Big surprise I know. So I changed my schedule at work to come in a half hour later, this way I can get in some weight training before work with no excuses because I will have ample time.
So yeah Im tired so I shall put down this phone and call it a night.

I know it's been a bit difficult for you to get started, but it certainly looks like you're finally in the right direction for keeps this time :-).

haha, love that you wrote this from your phone in bed. Glad to see that you are on the road to a healthy lifestyle. Have a stocked Kitchen is key to losing weight. I find myself eating junk food when it isn't.
